“Simplicity is the ultimate sophistication”
– Leonardo da Vinci
Background & Expertise
My background in physics, financial engineering and business architecture, combined with multi-client consulting experience, shaped the way I read complexity, structure ambiguity, and turn it into clearer decisions, execution and sustainable change.

3 disciplines, 3 core reflexes
Physics - modelling complexity and non-linear systems
Physics taught me to break down complex systems, identify structural patterns and understand how interactions evolve over time, a perspective that still shapes the way I analyse transformation dynamics today.
Financial Engineering - translating models into operational decisions
Financial engineering strengthened my ability to connect abstract models with operational reality, balancing analytical rigour, decision-making and implementation constraints.

Business Architecture - aligning process, data and systems in transformation contexts
Business architecture brought these perspectives into transformation work: connecting business intent, process flows, data structures and system logic to support coherent execution and sustainable change.
One multi-context lens
Working across different clients, operating models and maturity levels taught me to recognise recurring transformation patterns without importing assumptions from one organisation into another. Before applying a method, I first read the organisation’s own reality: its value chain, processes, data, systems, responsibilities and people.
Balanced values
Analytical & holistic
I strive to look beyond the surface details and understand the underlying systems and interconnections, blending analytical rigor with a holistic perspective to create comprehensive and effective solutions
Rigorous & Imaginative
I blend insight and inspiration at every step, pairing a rigorous, empathetic approach to problem-solving with bold creativity to shape sound, original solutions
Engaged & hardworking
I commit to the belief that order doesn’t come by itself; instead, it requires dedication and active engagement to cultivate a structured environment and drive meaningful results
Proficient & pragmatic
I focus on asking the right questions, as this is just as crucial as finding the answers to uncover insights and drive effective solutions that align with my clients' goals
Philosophy
I believe understanding is never fixed or universal. It is shaped by context, by perspective, and by the way a situation is observed. That is why I do not believe in applying frameworks by the book or importing ready-made answers from one organisation into another. I believe in reading each organisation’s own reality first, then using theory, structure and method in a way that truly fits the client’s context.
I also believe that good support should not create dependency. It should help teams move forward while building the clarity, confidence and ways of working they need to continue afterwards. For me, external support is valuable only if it leaves people stronger, not more reliant on it.
Practice
This is what led me to build BRIDGe™ as a way to read complexity before trying to solve it. BRIDGe helps place the cursor at the right level of analysis, identify what is truly structuring in a situation, and connect stakeholders, processes, data and systems and responsibilities in a way that supports better decisions.

It is also what led me to develop Coaching on the Road as a way of working side by side on real initiatives, so method is transferred while delivery moves forward. The goal is not just to solve today’s problem, but to leave behind clearer routines, stronger judgment and greater autonomy for what comes next.
