I’ve seen these patterns from many angles: as a physicist modelling complex systems, as a financial engineer translating quantitative models into working software, and as a business architect helping organisations make sense of process, data and technology. What 25+ years across these disciplines taught me is that complexity needs to be understood at the right level and structured at the right depth , and always connected back to what needs to move forward.
