I am Anna Pastorello, Strategic BA & Transformation Architect
I’ve seen these patterns from many angles: as a physicist modelling complex systems, as a financial engineer translating quantitative models into working software, and as a business architect helping organisations make sense of processes, data and technology. What 25+ years across these disciplines, combined with multi-client consulting experience, taught me is that complexity needs to be understood at the right level and structured at the right depth, and always connected back to what needs to move forward within the organisation’s own reality, without assumptions imported from other contexts.
This is why I developed BRIDGe™: the operational approach I use to read complexity in context, and turn ambiguity into actionable decisions. Coaching-on-the-Road is how I work with teams to move initiatives forward without creating dependency on external support.
